We have 2 staff individuals with a combined 25 years of billing experience to assist customers with any questions regarding their accounts. They are available 7 days a week from 7 AM - 8 PM. Our customers can rest assured that their privacy is of utmost priority when discussing any claims and concerns.

Billing & Insurance Service
We will provide time and travel to secure proper documentation for the patient. We will bill primary or secondary payer sources. We accept assignment (accepting full payment at the "maximum allowable charge" rate) and provide equipment in special cases prior to being able to bill for them
If you have a denied claim, we will re-work the claim.
Prior to being able to be billed, we will still provide you with a product.
Patient Evaluations / Service
We provide evaluations of our clients for specialized products, for wheelchair accessibility, the client's workplace for wheelchair accessibility, and the client's feasibility for wheelchair transport. We will also have progress and compliance follow-ups with physicians.
We can arrange for patient travel. We offer product and technology training for physicians and therapists and in-store health clinics (blood pressure, respiratory, glucose, etc.) as well as respiratory health education to seniors in assisted living centers.

Product Service
We deliver to a 75 mile radius and will pick-up and deliver your product. We can monitor the use of your product for you. Clean your product and even loan you a product while yours is in for service.
We provide time and labor involved with trial fittings and product sampling, pressure mapping for proper seating system, and the assembly and testing of sophisticated mobility equipment. We also offer product and technology training for physicians and therapists.

Delivery Service
We guarantee free and timely delivery of equipment in a friendly and efficient manner to all customers living in South Central Kentucky. Customers in the South Cental Kentucky area who are unable to get out due to illness or lack of transportation can receive most products within a four hour time period of placing the order with us.
